Mental Fatigue and How to Overcome It

Fatigue

Mental fatigue, which in Britain is called fatigue, is a condition in which the body and the soul feels tired not just a cape, but lethargy and listlessness, describe the physical and or mental being tired and weak. Although the physical and mental fatigue are different, they often exist together. If someone is physically exhausted long enough, they will also be tired mentally. At that time they can not function at a normal level even physical abilities decline. Which also followed feeling sleepy and unable to concentrate properly, often falling ill.
Fatigue is a symptom not a sign and if not handled immediately it will have an impact on health. Fatigue is often at identical with stress if not all stress cause fatigue. Signs of fatigue:

If you feel more than 3 of these signs, especially cold hands, then you should of guessed in a state of fatigue, then before you fall sick you need to overcome. Ongoing fatigue or called Chronic Fatigue Syndrome can cause suppression of the immune system so that not only the diseases associated with specific organs such as the liver and stomach, but the disease-related diseases such as lupus auto-immunne may occur.

Overcoming Fatigue:

There are several approaches that can be done to, approach 1) Supplement Intake, 2) Release and 3) Focus Into. Surely the most effective method is to combine all three approaches.

1) Supplement Intake:

There are some supplements, such as vitamins and herbs that can be eaten to help release the pressure in the body.
  1. Antioxidants, in the form of vitamins and supplements, such as Vitamin C (1000 mg) and vitamin; A particularly containing beta carotene or a meal containing antioxidants such as: various types of berries, such as strawberries, blueberries, or the so-called super food: like spirulina.

2) Release
