It is better to prevent than cure. It seems the phrase is already not sound familiar to the ear buddies. But, many of us are still confused about how to prevent disease caused by 'bad habits' we.

Unconsciously, we begin to do the bad habits from the moment we wake up in the morning and continue throughout the day. Many people who wake up from sleep instantly drinking coffee when the body craves water or mineral water so that the liquid level in the body is that sometimes re-filled people out there often forget and underestimate small things but have a major impact on healthy. When I wake up in the morning, a lot of buddies who still feels weak to do activities. In fact, many were reluctant to engage in activities that make the body more refreshed and healthy to live because of the mindset of some people consider exercise in the morning is a difficult thing to do.

The above is the case because most people who mostly live in big cities are pressed for time to do the activities pretty solid, but there is a more simple and of course can save both time friend who lived in big cities and in small towns. Quite easy and simple and can make buddy-buddy healthy everyday by changing habits in the morning with the ways below:
  1. Get up earlier or later in the morning so that the spirit can emerge spontaneously to perform the activity.
  2. Drink water after bang sleep because it can get rid of toxins in the body. Many studies regarding the efficacy of water indicates that the water can get rid of toxins in the body more effectively when drinking a glass of water when I wake up. Why is that? Because all internal organs, especially the liver and kidneys have completed work hard while we sleep at night to get rid of toxins and exit through the urine after drinking water.
  3. To ensuring stomach in the morning, drink lemon water mixed with honey with warm water.
  4. Exercise like jogging in order to help improve concentration at work, should not every day anyway. As long as you feel the need to jog to get in the mood fun and a good friend can do jogging with free duration.
  5. Morning shower with cold water to wake the nerves in the body and improving blood circulation. The people who live in the mountains is always a shower with cold water and we could see them always in the spirit of doing their morning activities.
  6. Do not drink caffeine-containing beverages but replace it with orange.
  7. Breakfast in the morning with a meal that contains fiber helps improve brain memory. Which is for my friend who is not accustomed to not have breakfast breakfast anyway, even diet advocated for breakfast. But, if my friend is used to breakfast there's no harm also to try the breakfast by eating foods rich in fiber. After all, too many ads fiber foods that are also good for heart healthy and gentlemen pal.
