Anti-Cancer Healthy Living

Puru Surefire or cancer or malignant neoplasms is a disease characterized by a typical cell cycle abnormalities that cause the cell's ability to:
  • Growing out of control (cell division beyond the normal limits)
  • Invade nearby biological tissue.
  • Migrate to other body tissues through blood circulation or lymphatic system, called metastasis.
Through the above explanation, it does not mean cancer is inevitable because the process of development is so rapid attack humans. Thus, cancer as one of the reasons (the scapegoat) leading cause of death in developing countries.

The reason is not included to allow continuing growth in developing countries, but it is a great challenge in a healthy life choices. Indeed, the cancer can be treated and cured, especially if treatment is started early. Many forms of cancer related to environmental factors that could have been avoided if we can understand how to live healthy. Here are some of prohibition and encouragement in the development of cancer prevention that often attack people.

A. Prohibition For Cancer Prevention:

  1. Don't smoke: Research shows that long-term smoking is associated with an increased risk of breast cancer in some women.
  2. Avoid Alcohol: Studies show consuming more than one alcoholic drink a day can increase the risk of breast cancer as much as 20-25 percent.
  3. Reduce fat intake: type of fat in your diet can affect the risk of breast cancer. Minimize consumption of omega-6 fats , saturated fats and trans fats. Maximize your intake of omega-3 fats, especially from oily fish (salmon, tuna, mackerel, sardines). Consume monounsaturated oils (olive oil, nuts/seeds, avocados) as your primary fat source, as these foods have potential anticancer properties. In particular, olive oil is a potent source of antioxidant polyphenols and nuts and seeds provide for the cancer protective mineral, selenium.

B. Prompts to Prevent Cancer:

  1. Routine Exercise: Many studies have shown that regular exercise provides powerful protection against breast cancer. Do it for 30 minutes to perform moderate aerobic activity (brisk walking) on a regular basis.
  2. Eat and drink containing protein. The following foods and beverages along with its contents :
a. Fruits :
  •  Pomegranate (Acid elagik), 
  • Grapefruit (Vitamin C),
  • Peanuts (Vitamin E), 
  • Seeds Flax (Omega- 3 Fatty Acids), 
  • Watermelon (Antioxidants, vitamin C, A or beta-carotene ), 
  • Red Wine ( Potassium, Manganese, Vitamin C, K, and B1), 
  • Blue Berry and Strawberry (Anti Oxidant, Vitamins C and K).

b. Vegetables :
  • Cabbage and Cabbage (phytonutrients),
  • Tomato (Vitamin A, C and E),
  • Carrots (Beta-carotene and Vitamin A),
  • Turmeric (Anti-inflammatory and antioxidant),
  • The Bombay Onions, Tomatoes (Antioxidant),
  • Paprika (lycopene, beta-carotene, and vitamin C),
  • Peanut and Brown Black (Resveratrol),
  • Apricots and sunflower seeds (Beta-carotene and Selenium).
c. Beverages : Tea (Compound Catechins)

d. Fish : Wild Salmon (Vitamin D)


Healthy is a choice. Only partially destiny can not be changed and some God gave to human choice. People are required to accept fate after the person has been doing business. That is wrong because human life.
